Nutrien Ag Solutions does not claim ownership of your data.  By providing your data, you acknowledge that you have the right to share it and that it ultimately remains yours.  Equations, algorithms, processes and methods Nutrien Ag Solutions uses to create prescriptions and recommendations remain the intellectual property of Nutrien Ag Solutions or their providers and are not covered in this policy.  

Data Covered by this Policy

Data you share with Nutrien Ag Solutions throughout the process of receiving the products and services listed above.  This includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Personal Information
    • Name, address, phone number, email address
    • Date of Birth
    • Social Security Number
    • Credit History

 

  • Production Data (Field-related data, including but not limited to:)
    • Field boundaries
    • Fertility, tissue and soil test results
    • Field history
    • Application data
    • Scouting data
    • Planting and harvest data

Use and Sharing of Data

We may use your data to perform and deliver services to you.  We may also use your data to improve our products and services and to communicate with you about those products and services.  We will not share your data with anyone other than as set out in this paragraph (unless we are legally required to do so).  We reserve the right to share your data with certain of our suppliers and service providers we work with in order to fulfill our commitment to deliver services to you.  An example of such would be third party soil samplers or software vendors.
